We are seeking a highly skilled Dotnet Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on expertise in .NET technologies, and a proven track record in agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing e-commerce or e-portal projects, with a strong emphasis on delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET applications and services, utilizing .NET Core, C#, and REST API.
2. Project Management. Lead and manage e-commerce or e-portal development projects, including deployment, maintenance, and enhancements.
3. Agile Methodologies. Work effectively within Agile frameworks, focusing on iterative development and MVP delivery.
4. Performance Optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in code and databases, ensuring optimal application performance.
5. Collaboration. Coordinate with onsite teams to gather requirements, clarify project details, and ensure effective communication.
6. Technical Guidance. Provide expertise and mentorship in areas such as .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and SQL Databases.
7. Innovation. Leverage knowledge of modern technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Skills Required

• Languages & Frameworks. Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and REST API.
• Front-End Technologies. Working knowledge of Angular 15 or later, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Testing & Performance. Expertise in X Unit and performance troubleshooting for code and MS SQL Databases.
• Development Practices. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, containerization using Docker, and agile practices.
• Design Patterns. Familiarity with CQRS, mediator, repository patterns, and authentication/authorization techniques (Windows, Basic, JWT).
• Tools. Proficient in Git (pull requests, merging, committing) and familiarity with messaging and reverse proxy systems.
• Methodologies. Experience with Agile, TDD, and UML.

Qualifications

1. Experience. 5-7 years in IT Application/Software Development with a focus on .NET technologies.
2. Project Experience. Proven experience managing at least two e-commerce or e-portal development projects.
3. International Exposure. Minimum of 2 years working in the US, UK, or Europe, with extended onsite stays preferred.
