As a .NET Developer at IGT Solutions, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of software applications, ensuring high-quality code delivery and technical guidance to junior team members. This role requires solid expertise in C#, SOA, MVC, and a proficiency in hardware SDK integrations.
Responsibilities
- Write and deliver code for features and modules, debug existing code, and provide technical guidance to junior developers and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, technical processes, and best practices within the team.
- Develop and validate estimates for technical work and allocate defects as needed.
- Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to the design of new application and system features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of C# and object-oriented design principles.
- Proficiency in SOA including XML Web Services, SOAP, and REST.
- Solid understanding of MVC, WPF, and XAML (preferred).
- Experience with hardware SDK integrations.
- Advanced skills in version control and source code management, with Git preferred.
- Ability to coordinate multiple technical streams and lead estimation processes for small initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply application design concepts and patterns.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and application design principles.
