Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side components of software applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using best practices.
Integrate server-side components with the frontend development team.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend system issues.
Continuously improve system performance and efficiency.
Mentor and coach junior developers.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Contribute to the growing architecture and culture.
Project Requirements

• Strong experience in C# and microservices.
• Experience with scalable cloud-based systems.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-structured code.
• Ownership mindset and a self-starter.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Azure, RabbitMQ, SaaS products (Nice to have).
• Startup experience (Nice to have).
• Leadership experience or interest (Nice to have).

Must Have

• C#/.Net
• RESTful APIs experience (building, not just using).
• Good command of SOLID principles.
• Demonstrable knowledge of design patterns.
• MongoDB experience.
• Unit Testing & TDD.
• Knowledge of CI/CD.
• Gitflow and git knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Docker.
• Kafka / RabbitMQ / Redis.
• Microservices and distributed computing.
