As a .NET Architect focusing on the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain at UKG, you will play a crucial role in designing and leading the architecture of comprehensive .NET applications. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, architectural vision, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the architecture of .NET applications, ensuring seamless integration with front-end technologies and adherence to best practices.
• Engage in both back-end (.NET, C#, ASP.NET) and front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React) development to create cohesive HCM solutions that meet client needs.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement user-centric design principles, ensuring intuitive and engaging applications.

Qualifications

• 11+ years in .NET development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role, specifically within the HCM domain
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) relevant to HCM applications, enabling scalable and efficient solutions.
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and data management practices specific to HCM contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
