As a .NET Architect specializing in the airline domain, particularly with Sabre and Amadeus systems, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing high-performance software solutions. You will leverage your expertise in .NET technologies and your domain knowledge to lead complex projects and ensure the seamless integration of airline systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture Design. Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance software architectures for complex systems within the airline industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
2. Fullstack Development. Lead end-to-end development efforts using .NET technologies, including frontend (e.g., Angular, React) and backend (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).
3. Integration Expertise. Design and implement integrations with Sabre, Amadeus, and other airline systems to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
4. Technical Leadership. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, overseeing code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
5. Solution Analysis. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, including designing and documenting technical specifications.
6. Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders such as business analysts, product managers, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business needs.
7. Problem Solving. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, implementing innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
8. Continuous Improvement. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system capabilities and efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
2. Experience. 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a senior or architect role focused on .NET technologies.
3. Domain Expertise. Extensive experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or similar airline systems, including knowledge of their APIs and integration methodologies.
4. Technical Skills. Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React).
5. Architecture Skills. Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS).
6. Integration Skills. Experience in integrating complex systems and working with travel industry standards and protocols.
7. Leadership. Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage projects, and deliver solutions in a collaborative environment.
8. Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
