We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qlik Sense Developer to join our team as a Module Lead. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (including Qlik View and Qlik Geoanalytics) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing impactful Qlik Sense applications. This role requires expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and data modeling, with a strong focus on collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Development. Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs and enhance data visualization capabilities.
2. Requirement Analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and data models.
3. ETL Processes. Implement best practices for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
4. Optimization. Optimize and fine-tune Qlik Sense applications for performance and scalability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
5. Collaboration. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business users to understand data sources, structures, and business processes, ensuring alignment with analytics requirements.
6. Technical Guidance. Provide expertise and guidance on Qlik Sense features and capabilities, contributing to continuous improvement of data visualization solutions.
7. Testing & Debugging. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Qlik Sense applications to ensure quality and reliability.
8. Maintenance. Manage bug fixing and regular maintenance activities to ensure high quality and minimal bugs in the backlog.
9. Planning & Architecture. Participate in planning and architectural activities, ensuring stories are well-defined and delivered with the required quality.

Technical Skills

• Extensive experience in designing and developing Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reports.
• Proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as Teradata, Data Lake, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients.

Preferred

• Experience working with French clients.
• Certification in Qlik Sense.

Role Breakdown

1. Planning & Architecture (20%). Ensure stories are well-defined and delivered with all required tests and quality.
2. Story Implementation (70%). Develop and enhance reports and dashboards, with occasional modifications to the data warehouse.
3. Maintenance (10%). Focus on bug fixing and ensuring minimal backlog of issues.
