Accenture seeks a Mobilization Senior Manager to lead large, complex programs across multiple work streams, including transitioning work to other geographies. The role involves directing start-up projects during Service Transition and Transformation by leveraging industry-leading delivery models and tools, and supporting automation enablement for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management. Direct start-up projects during Service Transition and Transformation, ensuring successful, effective, and on-time delivery.
2. Process Implementation. Plan and implement efforts to mobilize people, processes, tools, and knowledge transfer of applications/infrastructure support from clients to Accenture resources.
3. Operational Setup. Define and implement processes, organization, and operating infrastructure required for new Outsourcing engagements.
4. Service Transition. Transition services from one operating entity to another.
5. Sales Support. Design transition solutions, participate in client presentations, conduct due diligence sessions, and provide transition expertise throughout the opportunity cycle.
6. Team Management. Manage teams of 5 or more, fostering effective team dynamics and relationship management.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience managing teams of 5 or more.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technology Outsourcing, Organizational Transformation, Talent Strategy, Budget Management, Forecasting/Financial Modeling, Risk Mitigation, and Team/Relationship Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and project management practices (e.g., SAFe Agile, PMP, ITIL, Prince2).

Education

• Bachelor's degree or College Diploma or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).
• If Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in a global client environment.
• Experience with multi-cultural teams.
• Experience on infrastructure outsourcing programs.
• Experience in designing and implementing enhanced IT Operating Models.

Compensation. Accenture offers a competitive salary based on location, role, skill set, and experience. The range for various locations is as follows.

• California: $131,100 to $271,000
• Colorado: $131,100 to $234,100
• New York: $121,400 to $271,000
• Washington: $139,600 to $249,300
