Join our Marketing Operations team as a Marketing Analytics Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our digital performance. You’ll collaborate closely with our Operations and Marketing teams to address complex analytical challenges and leverage web analytics to drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis. Collect and analyze website performance data, including traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior. Monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting. Create detailed reports and dashboards that highlight important findings and actionable insights for the Marketing team and stakeholders.
- Web Analytics Support. Assist in planning and evaluating web property tagging, ensuring proper implementation in collaboration with various teams.
- Customer Insights. Perform segmentation and cohort analysis to understand digital behavior and preferences across different customer groups.
- Collaboration. Work with Operations teams to address analytical challenges and develop web analytics-driven solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing and Web Analytics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude.
- Expertise in SQL and experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with web technologies and tracking implementations, including tagging and cookies.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude.
- Experience supporting Marketing use cases in both B2C and B2B environments.
- Ability to run SQL queries and extract data in Looker.
