Job Description

As the Marketing Digital Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Corporate Communication Marketing & Brand (CCMB) teams can make informed, data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include capturing, analyzing, and disseminating marketing and user experience data to support real-time decision-making.

In This Role You Will.

  • Understand requirements for tracking, measurement, and reporting across CCMB teams.
  • Support teams across CCMB in proper tagging and tracking, developing guidelines and ensuring correct setup by agencies, third parties, and internal teams.
  • Define and implement marketing taxonomy for accurate data tracking.
  • Collaborate with third parties, partners, and suppliers to source data on campaign and program performance.
  • Ensure KPIs relevant to CCMB teams can be tracked and measured for optimization, post-campaign analysis, and campaign planning.
  • Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting inputs for CCMB teams.
  • Build automated dashboards, reports, and scorecards for self-service use.
  • Support campaign planning and optimization by providing relevant data and insights.
  • Develop predictive and forecasting models to support marketing planning and investment decisions.
  • Facilitate A/B testing, multivariate tests, and impact analysis on product releases.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with Emirates Group privacy principles.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements.

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) preferably in Engineering, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent. Google Analytics Certification is highly desired.
  • 5 years experience in digital marketing analytics in a global organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of UX analytics platforms and web tracking tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics Tracking and reporting.
  • Intermediate query writing skills and knowledge of SQL, Google Big Query, etc.
  • Intermediate understanding of BI tools like Microstrategy and Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of performance-driven Digital Marketing Channels.
  • Basic knowledge of advanced marketing analytics concepts.
