As the Manager of Executive Leadership Development at Emirates Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the talent and leadership development strategy to drive organizational growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering leadership excellence and a keen understanding of organizational dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership. Define and execute the Leadership and Talent Development strategy in alignment with the Emirates Group's overarching goals and objectives.
- Program Design and Implementation. Design and oversee the implementation of various development programs and initiatives, including, but not limited to, Training and workshops, Blended Development Programmes, Coaching and mentoring, etc.
- Cultural Transformation. Drive a culture of coaching and mentoring within the organization, ensuring that leaders are equipped with the necessary skills to empower their teams and adapt to the evolving business landscape.
- Capability Building. Oversee the design and execution of leadership development solutions tailored to address capability gaps across different levels of leadership.
- External Partnerships. Collaborate with external partners to enhance executive development opportunities and leverage external expertise to support leadership development initiatives.
- Performance Evaluation. Benchmark and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership training initiatives, recommending adjustments and improvements as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Consultancy and Expertise. Provide talent development consultancy and behavioral expertise, offering insights and guidance to support the strategic direction of the Emirates Group.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the impact and value of leadership and talent development initiatives.
- Team Leadership. Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment to drive talent growth and retention within Emirates.
Requirements
- Experience. 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Training, with progressive experience in leadership and talent development roles.
- Education. Minimum Bachelor’s level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organizational Psychology or equivalent. A Master’s level qualification would be an asset.
- Skills. Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in building effective relationships with executives, senior leaders, and external consultants.
- Qualifications. Preferably holds an internationally recognized executive coaching qualification. Experience in training and supervising other coaches is desired.
