Job Description

As a pivotal member of our Enterprise Digital Experiences team, you will drive the product management of our flagship digital products such as the Amex Mobile App, Web platforms, Identity solutions, Digital Commerce, and Customer Personalization. Your focus will be on enhancing user engagement, satisfaction, and revenue through exceptional user experiences and innovative functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Visionary Leadership. Define the strategic vision for Personalization experiences across key channels. Collaborate with product teams, Decision Science, and Engineering to optimize personalization engines and drive seamless cross-channel journeys.
  2. Product Development. Develop features and user stories aligned with product and program goals. Lead agile scrum teams in prioritizing and developing new features and capabilities.
  3. Innovation and Insights. Stay ahead of digital trends and machine-learning advancements to leverage new opportunities in product development. Design compelling, user-centric digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  4. Strategic Collaboration. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to influence outcomes in a matrixed environment. Utilize data analysis to identify priorities, opportunities, and issues for product enhancement.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Experience. Minimum 3+ years in digital product development, successfully launching digital products from inception to delivery.
  2. Agile Expertise. Proficient in agile product development methodologies with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
  3. Collaborative Leadership. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
  4. Analytical Skills. Ability to analyze data to drive product decisions and enhancements. Familiarity with algorithm or API development is advantageous.
  5. Communication. Exceptional presentation skills to articulate strategic visions and complex processes to senior leaders and large groups.
