As the Manager of B2B Business Systems, you will lead the design and implementation of the department’s technology projects across business verticals. Your role is pivotal in aligning technology solutions with business strategies, fostering innovation, and ensuring effective project management. You will collaborate with various departments to deliver solutions that enhance business performance and support strategic objectives.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the design, prioritization, and implementation of technology solutions to support the business strategy, fostering technology-enabled innovation within the commercial organization.
• Collaborate with Procurement to conduct RFI and RFP activities, oversee tech investments assessment, and drive decision-making processes.
• Prioritize, plan, and deliver new business opportunities and performance improvement requirements within business systems and applications.
• Manage the implementation of systems and applications to support strategic business programs, focusing on automation and real-time data transfer.
• Manage multi-million-dollar IT investments, ensuring projects meet defined business requirements and deliver measurable change and innovation.
• Drive the CRM strategic roadmap and ensure the integrity of B2B data streams, delivering data coherence, consistency, and connectivity for effective downstream ingestion.
• Champion technology-enabled innovation within the organization, identifying and testing concepts, tools, and approaches to future-proof the business model.
• Effectively lead and manage the performance of the Tech and Data team, aligning with department objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in Commercial/Sales or relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Tech Design, preferably with a Master's degree.
• Experience in managing tech projects and systems, preferably in the airline or service industry.
• Experience in senior business tech implementation roles, process improvement, and project management.
• High level of understanding of leading-edge Information technology, including data and digital areas.
• Ability to align business initiatives to tech solutions and manage resources effectively.
• Strong people, team management, and leadership skills in a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and business case modeling skills.
