We are seeking a dynamic Tech Lead with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in PUNE. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our technical initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of Mainframe technologies and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Architect and design solutions utilizing Mainframe technologies including Cobol, DB2, JCL, CICS, IMS, and VSAM.
• Implement best practices in software development, ensuring code quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Drive Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support, resolving technical issues and challenges effectively.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe development with expertise in Cobol, DB2, JCL, CICS, IMS, and VSAM.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project delivery.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
