As a Machine Learning Engineer at Programmers.io, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models. Your expertise will help deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions across various projects.

Experience. 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Model Development. Develop and deploy machine learning models utilizing libraries such as Pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch on cloud platforms.
2. Programming Proficiency. Utilize your strong proficiency in Python programming for implementing machine learning algorithms.
3. Data Management. Manage and analyze data using SQL to ensure effective data-driven decisions.
4. ML Algorithms. Apply your knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including linear regression, SVM, XGBoost, and clustering algorithms.
5. Predictive Modeling. Create predictive models and conduct time series analysis to forecast trends and derive actionable insights.
6. Project Translation. Effectively translate complex ideas and concepts into actionable AI/ML projects, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives.
7. NLP Techniques. Analyze and generate insights from large text corpora using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
8. Azure OpenAI. Leverage your experience with Azure OpenAI to develop and deploy innovative AI solutions.
9. Cloud Platforms. Demonstrate experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) to enhance project scalability and efficiency.
10. Generative AI & LLMs. Bring 1-2 years of real-time experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), focusing on prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches.
11. OCR & Computer Vision. Familiarity with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and computer vision techniques is a plus.
12. MLOps Knowledge. Understanding of MLOps principles, including model versioning and containerization, will be an advantage.
