As a Learning Digital Production Partner at Emirates, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Learning Design team by crafting and developing digital learning content to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

In This Role, You Will

• Conceptualize, develop, and deliver a diverse range of digital learning experiences and development solutions.
• Collaborate closely with learning design partners to understand learning objectives and shape digital design output accordingly.
• Oversee the production of multimedia elements, including video recordings, graphics, animations, and audio narration, to enrich learning materials.
• Apply evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials, including storyboards and scripts, outlining information flow and interaction.
• Create user-friendly and visually appealing learning experiences to maximize learner engagement and retention.
• Advocate for the integration of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, aligning with the learning design strategy.
• Leverage subject matter experts across the Group to ensure high-quality digital learning content.
• Liaise with the broader digital production team, corporate communication, IT, and partner providers to ensure the accessibility and smooth running of digital learning design.
• Maintain subject matter expertise and continually explore the digital learning landscape for emerging design tools and techniques.
• Lead your own development to stay current and up-to-date with the latest trends and research in the relevant field.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements.

• Completed Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Business Administration, Graphics and Design, or any relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in In-Flight Service or In-flight Administration.
• Deep understanding of adult learning modalities.
• Design thinking skills to create engaging and impactful digital learning experiences.
• Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with various design tools and applications.
• Comfort with ambiguity and technology.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Capability to manage different stakeholders and deliver to a wide audience variance.
