Responsibilities

• Developing a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Expanding our Competency development framework and designing top-tier learning solutions.
• Transforming existing content into engaging training materials using innovative methodologies.
• Collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to develop customized content.
• Overseeing the creation and enhancement of onboarding curriculum and processes.
• Managing online learning platforms and creating individualized learning plans.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Expertise in training best practices and content management systems.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptability and flexibility in managing deadlines and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with video production and editing preferred.
