As part of the Strategic Finance team, we empower decision-makers across various functions with robust financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities. Our team plays a pivotal role in driving strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring financial excellence and supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do

1. Support Business Teams. Partner closely with business teams, providing strategic financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support.
2. Drive Financial Performance. Analyze key KPIs, lead strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance, and manage monthly MIS and P&L reporting.
3. Forecasting and Planning. Drive forecasting, annual operating plans, and manage vendor negotiations for critical contracts.
4. Stakeholder Management. Effectively manage stakeholders, acting as the bridge between finance and business units.
5. Operational and Financial Metrics. Define, measure, and improve operational and financial metrics in collaboration with business teams.
6. Automate Processes. Identify opportunities for process automation, enhance efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Who You Are

1. Experience and Skills. 3-5 years in business finance or FP&A roles, preferably in transaction-heavy businesses, with strong analytical and Excel skills.
2. Education. An MBA is a plus.
3. Attributes. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4. Proactive Nature. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of initiative-taking and driving projects to completion.
5. Problem-Solving. Ability to tackle ambiguous problem statements and manage tight deadlines effectively.
