Responsibilities

Design System Evolution

• Continuously enhance AIR's design libraries, crafting styles, components, patterns, and micro-interactions.
• Optimize workflows to streamline efficiency and adoption.
• Analyze usage data to measure and showcase the system's impact.

Improvements and Governance

• Conduct comprehensive audits of UI and design systems, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
• Integrate cutting-edge design tools to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
• Solve UX challenges through iterative design and user testing.
• Establish governance frameworks for managing system changes.

Collaboration and Culture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a top-tier design system.
• Mentor designers on utilizing shared patterns and fostering creativity.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and support.

Ideal Candidate

Experience

• 6-9 years of experience, including 3 years maintaining large-scale design systems.
• Strong foundation in user-centered and interaction design, with proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with accessibility, localization, and inclusive design principles.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles is advantageous.
