Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
• Communicate with stakeholders, providing clear reporting and updates.
• Collaborate with teams across geographies and time zones for seamless project execution.
• Analyze and resolve production issues promptly with quick turnarounds.
• Design and develop applications using Java/J2EE and related technologies.
• Leverage object-oriented design principles and implement robust, scalable solutions.
• Develop REST APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Follow Agile methodologies like SCRUM for project delivery.
• Implement DevOps practices for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Required Skills

Primary Skills

1. Java/J2EE Expertise. Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, Struts, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
2. REST API & Microservices. Hands-on experience in developing scalable, secure APIs.
3. Agile Methodologies. Proficient in SCRUM and Agile processes.
4. Stakeholder Communication. Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and reporting.
5. Team Leadership. Proven ability to lead and manage teams across geographies and time zones.

Secondary Skills

1. Blaze Rules Engine. Experience working with Blaze is advantageous.
2. ReactJS. Front-end development experience is a plus.
3. DevOps. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
4. AWS & Cloud Launchpad. Familiarity with cloud technologies adds value.
5. Design Patterns. Strong understanding of object-oriented design and coding principles.

Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge of TIBCO BW 5/6.
