We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with a robust background in CI/CD processes and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices, ensuring efficient deployment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to enhance the development process and automate deployment.
• Utilize cloud services (AWS preferred) for scalable infrastructure management, including EC2, Lambda, S3, and EKS.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve deployment times.
• Write and maintain scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation tasks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
• Manage tickets and workflows using Jira to ensure smooth project tracking and resolution.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 6 years in relevant roles.
• Proficiency in one or more cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Octopus, Jenkins, Git commands, and Bamboo pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
