As a Data Analytics Lead, you will be integral in analyzing customer behavior and engagement patterns across Gartner's digital experiences. You’ll measure product and feature performance, ensuring data quality and consistency in reporting pipelines. By providing key insights, you will empower product leaders to make data-driven decisions that enhance the overall customer experience across Gartner’s digital platforms, peer communities, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital product analytics reporting, including dashboards and presentations for senior leadership, focusing on web experiences and digital tool innovations.
- Collaborate with product leaders to identify goals, establish benchmarks, and determine key data collection points, ensuring best practices in data quality management.
- Work with Data & Analytics teams to define data capture and tagging parameters, ensuring efficient data flow for reporting.
- Prioritize necessary data attributes for reporting, and maintain a roadmap and release schedule for insights and dashboards.
- Design and manage dynamic dashboards tailored for the Product Management and Leadership teams, providing actionable insights.
- Combine digital engagement data with broader business data (market research, account data) to present a comprehensive view of the customer.
- Partner with team members to assess the impact of client engagement across digital platforms on customer retention.
- Automate PowerPoint presentations, ensuring timely delivery of insights to stakeholders.
- Optional. Develop machine learning models in R/Python to generate deeper insights.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a master’s degree is preferred.
- 5-6 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on SaaS product analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with strong skills in handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with Power BI, including data transformation, uploading, and visualization.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate insights and collaborate with teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, proactively identifying analysis opportunities.
- Experience developing data-driven insights and reports for senior leadership.
