Job Description

As a Lead Analyst within our Global Services Group (GSG), you will play a crucial role in driving our Enterprise Sales Operations & Business Enablement utility (SABE). You’ll support product development, platform management, and project execution, working to enhance our internal servicing capabilities and ensure a seamless experience for our business users.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Analysis & Product Management. Act as a Business Systems Analyst to support product development and manage platform operations.
  2. User Support & Training. Develop best practices guidelines and provide training to business users on merchant data products/tools.
  3. Issue Resolution. Manage platform and product issues, ensuring timely resolutions and high-quality project deliverables.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to define and drive key processes.
  5. Documentation. Document best practices and enhance team knowledge to minimize product issues.
  6. Engagement & Innovation. Drive user engagement sessions to share insights and onboard teams on new developments.

  1. Business Outcomes. Maximize commercial opportunities by leveraging data to meet customer needs and enhance the customer service experience through innovative technology platforms.

Qualifications

  1. Experience. 4+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst with a product mindset. Preferred experience in the credit card industry and merchant data platforms.
  2. Technical Skills. Proficiency in Hive, SQL, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI for data visualization.
  3. Project Management. Expertise in SDLC, development, test strategy creation, and Agile Scrum methodology.
  4. Business Acumen. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results and innovate.
