We are currently seeking a Sales Incentive Operations Specialist to join our International Card Services (ICS) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the Sales Incentive Planning process for our Global Commercial and ICS business segments. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with various teams across the organization, including Business, Sales Enablement & Transformation, and Technology, to ensure the accurate calculation and timely delivery of incentives for our sales colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate calculation of monthly/quarterly incentives for sales colleagues.
- Utilize incentive calculation models and perform thorough due diligence on payments within designated portfolios.
- Ensure strict adherence to control and compliance policies.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail and effectively manage stakeholder expectations for seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate application testing initiatives.
- Support annual updates of compensation business rules and drive process efficiency through automation.
- Ensure proposed designs meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate system and user acceptance testing activities with quality assurance managers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different geographical locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in incentive calculations with a strong understanding of compensation processes and business rules.
- Commercial/B2B experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Sales Incentive Operations is advantageous.
Functional Skills/Capabilities
- Proficiency in reporting tools for generating and maintaining reports.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and its relation to reporting and compensation plans.
- Ability to create business rules aligned with acquisition channel strategies.
- Experience with Payroll/Compensation systems is beneficial.
- Proficient in SQL/SAS for query building and Tableau for creating business dashboards.
- Advanced Excel, VBA, and Tableau skills for creating calculation models and insights.
