Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst within the Global Supply Management (GSM) team, you will play a vital role in managing payment cycles and financial reconciliations and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include accurately preparing payment calculations, resolving financial discrepancies, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand and exceed customer requirements while fostering effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payment cycles and financial reconciliations with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare payment calculations and identify/correct open financial reconciliation items.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and uphold company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures related to financial transactions and procurement processes.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in the Accounts Payables/Finance domain.
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Sound analytical skills with the ability to maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of managing partner payments, Oracle, Ariba, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proven relationship management and influence skills.
  • Self-confident with a strong sense of integrity and willingness to challenge and be challenged.
