We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing enterprise solutions using Java, JEE, Spring Boot, and related Java technology stack. This role requires expertise in Java 8+, microservices, and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. You will play a critical role in designing and developing scalable solutions, with a strong emphasis on event-driven design and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Solution Development. Design and develop enterprise solutions using Java, JEE, Spring Boot, and related Java technologies.
2. Microservices Expertise. Develop and maintain microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and robustness.
3. Containerization. Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of services.
4. Critical Thinking. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges.
5. Event-Driven Design. Implement event-driven design patterns and work with Kafka or similar MQ systems.
6. SQL Proficiency. Design and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and management.
7. Distributed Systems. Develop and manage distributed systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
8. IoT Cloud Services. Experience with IoT cloud services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
9. Redis Cache & GRPC. Familiarity with Redis Cache and GRPC is advantageous.
10. Domain Knowledge. Knowledge of information modeling and industrial experience in manufacturing, energy, etc., is beneficial.

Required Qualifications

1. Educational Background. B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or an equivalent technical domain.
2. Technical Expertise. Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservice development.
3. Experience. Minimum of 6 years of overall experience, with 4-6 years specifically in Java and Spring Boot.
4. Agile Methodologies. Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

1. IoT Cloud Services. Experience with IoT cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
2. Redis Cache & GRPC. Experience with Redis Cache and GRPC.
3. Industry Experience. Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing, energy, or similar industries.
