HCL Technologies is currently looking to hire a talented Java Developer for one of our leading product-based clients. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading the technical development and delivery of software solutions, leveraging Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, and various other technologies.

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and development of microservices-based solutions using Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices Architecture.
• Working on J2EE technologies, JDBC, ORM, Hibernate, JAXB, XML, XSD, SOAP services, and REST services.
• Ensuring security by implementing OAuth2 principles, JWT, API security, and handling key technologies like Redis cache, AWS S3, Spring Cloud Config Server, and GraphQL.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of OOP principles, Java design patterns, Multithreading, Serialization, and other core Java concepts.
• Implementing unit testing with tools like Junit and Mockito framework to ensure the highest standards of software quality.
• Managing databases (SQL and NoSQL) like Oracle, Cassandra, Couchbase, and more, ensuring seamless data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions across various systems and platforms.
• Working with Jenkins, Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred) to ensure efficient and effective development practices.
• Using Agile development methodologies to deliver continuous integration and delivery cycles.
• Facilitating effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring that requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and J2EE technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, API security, Redis cache, AWS S3, GraphQL, and other advanced technologies.
• Proficiency in JUnit, Mockito for testing, and hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle) and NoSQL databases like Cassandra and Couchbase.
• Expertise in cloud services and DevOps tools, particularly AWS, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Postman and SOAP UI for API testing.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing web-based solutions with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
