Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Associate Developer at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Working on the end-to-end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, and issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined.
• Being eager to learn new technologies and implement the same in feature development.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong in Core Java and fundament concepts,
• Experienced in Java J2EE technologies (7+ year)
• Excellent Problem-solving skill, Design Skills,
• should be hands-on in Coding, JSP/Servlet concepts Strong in DBMS Concepts and
• Strong in SQL, Design Pattern knowledge, REST/SOAP Web service, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security (Nice to have) UML knowledge (nice to have)

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Modeling Concept (nice to have) Agile, EJB (Nice to have), XML.
• Candidate should be well versed with best coding practices and should have knowledge of code quality tools SONAR/PMD etc.
• Candidate should have good communication skills.
