Work You’ll Do

• Design and develop microservices/APIs using Java/Spring Boot.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and application teams to understand operational objectives and integrate systems effectively.
• Identify integration points between systems and assess associated risks for solution delivery.
• Work with Functional Designers and Developers to devise optimal solutions.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Assist in developing solutions with threat assessments and ensuring security protocols.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Extensive experience with Java frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot.
• Strong database skills with Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Proficiency in handling XML, JSON, and other data formats.
• Advanced knowledge of technical environments, standards, and programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring, Spring MVC, Microservices, Maven, SQL, MongoDB, RESTful APIs, and Data Structures.
• 5+ years of API knowledge and development experience.
• Agile methodology experience, including CI/CD pipeline development.
• Familiarity with 3-tier, n-tier, cloud computing, microservices architectures, and SOA.
• Good understanding of integration architectures and experience with complex integration projects.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Experience with data modeling is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.
• Previous exposure to client-facing roles and managing client expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
