Our Loan Platforms team is a dynamic group dedicated to advancing the industry-standard loan settlement platform. We provide secure messaging solutions, facilitate post-trade automation, and offer real-time reporting on open and historical trades. As a part of this team, you'll work on high-impact projects, ensuring that our technology supports the global leader in syndicated loans.

Responsibilities

1. Design and Development. Understand system architecture quickly and contribute to design and development. Take ownership of assigned modules to drive projects to completion.
2. Validation. Ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and provide value.
3. UI Development. Focus on ongoing UI development using .NET technologies.
4. Collaboration. Work closely with various business units to analyze requirements and evaluate application alternatives.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience. 6+ years of professional programming experience with a strong knowledge of Java distributed computing technologies, Spring, REST, and modern Java web technologies.
2. Technical Skills. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design Patterns and best programming practices. Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools, SQL Server, and Python (advantageous).
3. Education. Degree or equivalent qualification in a quantitative discipline such as economics, financial engineering, statistics, or computer science.
4. Personal Competencies. Strong focus on project delivery, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and good conflict resolution abilities.
