Position. iOS Tech Lead

Team. SW Product Team

Responsibilities

1. iOS App Development. Lead the design and development of high-quality iOS applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and responsiveness.
2. Tech Leadership. Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to the iOS development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
3. Team Collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver robust and scalable iOS solutions.
4. Code Reviews. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
5. Mentorship. Mentor and guide junior developers, assisting in their technical skill growth and effective contribution to the team.
6. Architecture and Design. Contribute to architectural decisions and design of new features, aligning them with the overall product roadmap.
7. Technical Problem Solving. Tackle complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Proven SW development experience, with at least 5 years in iOS development using Objective-C & Swift (MUST).
• Strong understanding of code structure, patterns, development design, data structures, and development life cycle.
• Experience in product environment development, capable of translating requirements into design and development.
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to create a great product.
• Strong design skills and expertise in defining mobile best practices and architecture.
• Passionate about technology, quick learner, and excited about embracing new technologies.
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Capable of multitasking and performing in a dynamic startup environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in server development and familiarity with SQL/No-SQL databases is a big advantage.
• Experience in hybrid technology (e.g., KMM, ReactNative) is considered an advantage.
