Key Responsibilities

- Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, including reporting and documentation.
- Engage in both long-term and short-term recruitment projects, delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing support and ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and professional interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Nationality. UAE Nationals only (must have a family book).
- Experience. 0-1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Location. Must be available to work onsite in Dubai.
Preferred Requirements
- Education. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Arts, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Application Process
- Online Assessment. Upon applying, candidates will receive an online assessment that takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
- Panel Interview. Candidates who pass the assessment will be invited to a panel interview consisting of two interviews. Depending on the role, a language test may also be required.
