Job Description

Join our dynamic CSC Global Talent Acquisition Services Team as a Human Resource Coordinator Intern. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our talent acquisition operations, contributing to the smooth administration of various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include interview scheduling, conducting monthly audits, adhering to compliant hiring procedures, and assisting with resume sourcing and interviews. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of HR practices and contribute to the efficiency of our Talent Acquisition team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Interview Scheduling. Assist the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling candidate interviews, including planning and coordinating full interview itineraries with candidates and interview panels. Manage logistics and materials required for meetings.
  2. Cross-Time Zone Coordination. Accurately schedule interviews across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
  3. Candidate Communication. Manage communication via email and phone to confirm candidate availability, send calendar invitations, and gather feedback with precision.
  4. Audit and Compliance. Perform regular audits of reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational initiatives.
  5. Data Compilation. Assist in compiling data for scorecards and other analytical reports to support decision-making.
  6. Document Management. Upload and manage employment documents in internal CRM and ATS databases.
  7. Process Improvement. Identify and recommend areas for process improvement to enhance team effectiveness and maintain best practices.
  8. Organizational Knowledge. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s organizational structure and HR policies and procedures.
  9. Ad-Hoc Projects. Support various Talent Acquisition-related projects as needed.

Education and Experience

  1. Educational Background, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Relevant Experience. 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist, Recruitment, or Employee Relations, or a combination of education and experience.
