As the HRIS Business Analyst at Q-Express Documents Transport - G25, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and communicating performance results and analytics using business intelligence (BI) platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to standardize reporting, dashboards, and analytics for the HR organization, enabling all levels of management to understand key trends and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and communicate performance results and analytics via BI platforms to standardize reporting, dashboards, and analytics for the HR organization.
• Build reporting capability and functionality that enable all levels of management to understand key trends throughout the business.
• Analyze large amounts of data to provide detailed and robust reporting capability to support locations and lines of business globally.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver results and drive process improvements.
• To manipulate and analyze data effectively, you will utilize advanced Excel, SQL, and relational database management (RDBM) skills.
• Partner with database engineers to develop data warehouses and ensure data integrity.
• Continuously strive to exceed expectations, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and a passion for systems and processes.
• Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills and a desire to innovate.
• Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and RDBM.
• Experience with spreadsheet modeling and database development.
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy or other BI tools.
• 3+ years of experience in BI development and analytics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Creative and critical thinker with advanced business analytical skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
• Experience with AWS platforms, including Dynamo DB, RDS, Redshift, or EMR.
• BBA/MBA or advanced degree in relevant disciplines.
• Coding language knowledge (Python/R).
