CodersBrain is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a remote position with rotational shifts (15 days a month) and is ideal for candidates who are passionate about graphic design and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and contributing to a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

1. Design Creation. Develop high-quality graphics and designs for various projects using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
2. Collaborate with Teams. Work with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
3. Shift Work. Adapt to rotational shifts (15 days a month) as part of a remote work arrangement.
4. Software Utilization. Utilize design software such as Figma for creating and optimizing graphics.

Must-Have Skills

1. Graphic Design Tools. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and CorelDRAW.
2. Design Experience. Experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
3. Flexibility. Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to remote work environments.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience. 6 months to 2 years of experience in graphic design.
2. Education. Any degree or diploma related to graphic design or a relevant field.

Application Process

1. First Interview (Virtual). Preliminary test, including a software installation check.
2. Second Interview (Virtual). Technical round focusing on design skills and experience.
3. Third Interview (Virtual). Additional technical round if needed.
4. Final Interview (In-Person). At the office in Indore, Mumbai, or Bangalore.

Additional Information

1. Location Preference. Candidates from locations near Surat, Navsari, Billimora, Vapi, Valsad, Lonavala, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Indore are highly preferred.
2. Notice Period. Maximum of 15 days or immediate joiners preferred.
