As a Graphic Designer at Gartner, you'll be at the forefront of crafting compelling visuals that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives. You'll create designs across various media, including print, digital, web, and PowerPoint, contributing to a diverse range of projects from e-books and whitepapers to web banners and social media assets.
What You'll Do
- Design Implementation. Create and adapt designs for different media, ensuring they meet brand standards and objectives.
- Asset Production. Develop and produce a variety of assets, including e-books, infographics, social media cards, web banners, and email headers.
- Collaboration. Work closely with designers, writers, editors, project managers, and the operations team to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Feedback Integration. Embrace feedback and best practices to continually enhance and perfect your designs.
- File Management. Ensure the release of flawless print-ready and digitally optimized files.
What You'll Need
- Education. A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Experience. 3-4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a corporate creative team environment.
- Portfolio. A diverse portfolio showcasing both digital and print design samples, with the ability to discuss your contributions to each project.
- Design Skills. A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and print readiness. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) on Mac, as well as Google Workspace.
- Digital Design Knowledge. Understanding of responsive design principles for web and email, with a basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (coding experience is not required).
- Additional Skills. Experience with Sketch and/or Figma, and knowledge of animation in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere are advantageous.
- Attention to Detail. A meticulous approach to checking your own work.
- Communication. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
