As a Graphic Designer, you will create and implement designs across various media print, digital, web, and PowerPoint that align with brand guidelines and meet business partner objectives.
What You Will Do
- Design Implementation. Create and implement both templated and non-templated designs across multiple media, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Asset Production. Produce eBooks, whitepapers, and various research materials from inception to completion.
- Support Asset Creation. Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designers to develop supporting assets, including social cards, web banners, and email headers.
- Collaboration. Work alongside writers, editors, project managers, and the operations team to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
- Continuous Improvement. Embrace feedback and best practices to enhance your designs, ensuring they align with our brand strategy.
- Project Management. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects from start to finish while delivering flawless print-ready and digital files.
What You Will Need
- Education. A university degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
- Experience. 3-6 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a corporate creative team.
- Portfolio. A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design, with an ability to articulate your contributions to each piece.
- Design Skills. A meticulous eye for typography, color, and layout, along with experience using grids, style sheets, and pattern libraries.
Technical Proficiency
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of digital design principles, including responsive design, HTML/CSS (coding experience not required).
- Familiarity with Sketch and/or Figma is a plus.
- Knowledge of simple animation in Adobe After Effects and basic video editing in Adobe Premiere is a bonus.
- Attention to Detail. Exceptional self-checking skills to ensure high-quality output.
- Communication Skills. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; exceptional collaboration capabilities.
- Industry Knowledge. Familiarity with Gartner’s offerings and target audience, showing enthusiasm to contribute.
