Job Description

As a Global Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing international entity portfolios for CSC’s Global Subsidiary Management (GSM) Team. You will support corporate compliance, secretarial, and governance services for Fortune 500 companies worldwide. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance and legal transactions.

Responsibilities

  1. Compliance Management. Liaise between internal contacts and third-party vendors to handle annual compliance, legal transactions, and transactional filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  2. Client & Vendor Interaction. Timely review, respond to, and fulfill client and vendor requests; ensure accuracy in corporate filings.
  3. Support & Coordination. Assist Global Subsidiary Coordinators with various projects and administrative tasks.
  4. Collaboration. Work with team members and vendors using Salesforce CRM and other technologies.
  5. Research & Application. Conduct research and apply jurisdictional requirements for corporate filings and legal transactions.
  6. KYC Due Diligence. Communicate and collect requirements for Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence.
  7. Data Management. Maintain the accuracy of client information in Company Records and Entity Management applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience. Preference for a qualified Company Secretary or relevant experience in corporate law (minimum 4 years).
  • Customer Service. Strong focus on delivering high standards of customer service.
  • Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional international languages is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills. Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Work Volume Management. Capability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality performance.
  • Adaptability. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal direction.
  • Problem-Solving. Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Technology Proficiency. Proficiency in MS Excel and Office, with skills in preparing spreadsheets (Pivot tables, V-lookups).
