We are seeking a seasoned Genesys Cloud Specialist with in-depth expertise in Customer Experience (CX) solutions, Genesys Cloud platform, and advanced integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills in architecting, designing, and deploying Genesys Cloud solutions and integrating them with various backend systems and social channels.

Key Responsibilities
Genesys Cloud Expertise
- Architect and develop complex flows in Genesys Cloud Architect.
- Configure and manage roles, access groups, and Workforce Management (WFM).
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), SCIM, and REST-based backend integrations using data actions.
- Design and integrate messaging and reporting features.
Social Channel Integration
- Design and implement integrations for social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Line, and WhatsApp with Genesys Cloud.
- Develop Architect flows to support social engagement.
Voice/Chat Bot Development
- Create and deploy chatbots and voice bots for social channels integrated with Genesys Cloud.
- Ensure seamless interaction flow and user engagement.
Advanced IVR/Speech Recognition
- Develop advanced Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems using Architect, incorporating Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technologies.
API and SDK Development
- Leverage Genesys Cloud APIs to develop robust applications using SDKs in Java, JavaScript, .NET, or other relevant technologies.
Mandatory Skills
- Genesys Cloud Expertise. Proven experience in architecting and implementing Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Customer Experience (CX). Strong focus on delivering superior customer interactions.
- Integration Proficiency. Hands-on experience with REST-based backend integrations, social media integrations, and advanced IVR development.
- Coding Proficiency. Expertise in developing applications using Genesys Cloud SDK and APIs.
