As a Gen AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, collaborating with clients to translate their business objectives into innovative AI/ML solutions. Your role will involve staying abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL), and applying this knowledge to architect and implement solutions leveraging cloud platforms. Responsibilities

1. Requirement Definition. Work closely with clients to understand their AI/ML project requirements and ensure alignment with their business goals.
2. Continuous Learning. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Gen AI, ML, and DL to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement.
3. Technical Guidance. Provide expert guidance and support to clients and partners as a subject matter expert in Gen AI.
4. Solution Showcasing. Deliver product and solution briefings that showcase the capabilities of cloud-based AI tools, particularly those of Google Cloud AI (or equivalent).
5. Proof-of-Concept Implementation. Design and implement proof-of-concept (POC) projects to demonstrate the value of Gen AI solutions on cloud platforms.
6. Integration and Architecture. Recommend integration strategies, cloud architectures, and best practices for building and deploying Gen AI applications.
7. Customer Adoption. Collaborate with product management to prioritize solutions that drive customer adoption of cloud platforms and Gen AI services.
8. Developer Support. Assist developers and creators in utilizing cloud-based Generative Language APIs to build their own AI products.

Qualifications

1. Education. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field preferred. A bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience will also be considered.
2. Experience. Minimum of 5 years experience applying ML and DL techniques to solve real-world problems.
3. Gen AI Expertise. Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including GANs, VAEs, and GPTs.
4. Cloud Computing. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with hands-on experience preferred.
5. Communication Skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Team Collaboration. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering innovation and sharing expertise.
7. Problem-Solving. Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
