Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an experienced Gen AI/ML Developer to join their innovative team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Machine Learning (ML), with hands-on experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing AI-based solutions with a focus on generative AI models and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- SDLC Expertise. Lead and contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including solution conceptualization, design, and development of AI-based systems.
- Technical Design & Architecture. Demonstrate deep expertise in technical design and technology architecture for AI and Generative AI (GenAI) applications, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Solution Development. Create innovative AI solutions by leveraging Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Generative AI techniques to meet customer needs.
- Customer Liaison & Pre-sales. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide pre-sales support for AI/GenAI-related solutions.
- Research & Innovation. Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies and trends in AI/ML, contributing to Intellectual Property (IP) creation and potentially filing patents for innovations.
- Team Building & Collaboration. Build and mentor cross-functional teams, collaborating with other teams in TCS to enable solution delivery.
- Industry Knowledge. Apply domain knowledge in at least one industry vertical to tailor AI/ML solutions that meet specific business challenges.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience. 4-8 years of hands-on experience in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning technologies.
- Expertise in AI technologies, including Java/JEE or Microsoft Stack (C#, .NET).
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, Java, PERL, PHP.
- Proficiency in designing scalable and high-performance AI solutions, focusing on Trustworthy AI and distributed large-scale enterprise architecture.
- Experience in cloud computing, mobility, and designing for performance, scalability, availability, and security.
- Ability to identify opportunities for value-added solutions and create business cases for AI implementations.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with research and innovation in AI, contributing to IP creation.
- In-depth knowledge of technology trends and advancements in AI and Generative AI.
- Experience with HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) principles in AI applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Full-time education of 15 years (undergraduate and postgraduate, if applicable).
- Minimum 50% in 10th, 12th, UG, and PG (if applicable).
Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification. Identify business opportunities for AI/GenAI solutions, including conceptualizing, designing, and building AI-based applications.
- Pre-sales & Customer Interaction. Act as a liaison with customers, understand their needs and assist in pre-sales for AI solutions.
- Collaboration & Teamwork. Work closely with the TCS team to enable the delivery of AI/GenAI solutions, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
