Join the Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team at AWS, where you will play a critical role in driving revenue and growth for emerging companies in India. As a Gen AI Solution Architect, you will work closely with customers to identify innovative ways to leverage AI/ML and Generative AI, helping them navigate their cloud journey and scale their operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement. Collaborate directly with customers to accelerate their AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives by providing tailored solutions and architectures that align with their long-term business goals.
2. Solution Development. Scope and manage AI/ML and Generative AI projects, ensuring clear objectives and success criteria. Develop demos and proofs of concept to showcase AWS capabilities.
3. Strategic Influence. Act as a thought leader in the AI/ML space, influencing AWS’s product roadmap and sharing best practices through presentations, white papers, and workshops.
4. Collaboration. Work alongside technical teams (Specialist Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers) to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction.

A Day in the Life. In this role, you will engage with diverse customers across various industries, including IT, ITeS, and media. Your primary focus will be to build trusted relationships and provide expert guidance on security, cost, performance, and operational efficiency to meet customer needs.

Basic Qualifications

1. Experience. 8+ years in technology domains (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, etc.).
2. Design and Implementation. 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing applications and infrastructure.
3. AI/ML Expertise. 3+ years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions, with hands-on experience using cloud-based AI services.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Infrastructure Architecture. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and database architecture, as well as networking.
2. AWS Knowledge. Familiarity with AWS AI/ML and Generative AI services.
