We are seeking a talented Gen AI Developer to join our team. As a Gen AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in advancing our capabilities in natural language processing and large language models. You should have a deep understanding and hands-on experience with frameworks such as langchain, llamaindex, and flowise, along with a strong foundation in fine-tuning large language models.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize large language models using frameworks like langchain, llamaindex, and flowise.
• Fine-tune existing language models to improve performance and adaptability.
• Utilize natural language processing techniques for tasks such as prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval augmented generation.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and feature engineering on both unstructured text data and structured/semi-structured metadata.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our technology stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of hands-on implementation experience with large language model frameworks such as langchain, llamaindex, flowise.
• 2+ years of experience in fine-tuning large language models.
• 2+ years of experience in natural language processing, including prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval augmented generation.
• 3+ years of experience in Exploratory Data Analysis and feature engineering on unstructured text data and structured/semi-structured metadata.
• Expert proficiency in Python and related machine/deep learning libraries (e.g., sklearn, torch, keras, spacy, pandas).
• Previous experience in chatbot development is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
