We are currently expanding our development team and are looking for a Full Stack Next.js Developer who thrives in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and other modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to create high-quality user experiences.
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement responsive design to ensure functionality across various devices and screen sizes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing timely resolutions.
- Actively participate in team development, sharing knowledge, processes, and expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
- Experience with server-side rendering and API integration.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have/Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Dutch.
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams.
- Advanced degrees in relevant fields are appreciated but not required.
