Responsibilities
Resales
- Assist Technical Architect in handling requirements requiring custom development, integrations, or complex solutions.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Team to design solutions for backend, front end, or integration development.
Project Delivery
- Execute complex custom development, implementation of APEX, JavaScript, SOQL, and Lightning components.
- Design and implement solutions beyond the Salesforce platform using Heroku/AWS and general-purpose languages.
- Participate in project planning, deployment prep, risk identification, and technical execution.
- Conduct testing, user training, and documentation.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
Post Project
- Participate in project close meetings for lessons learned and future feedback.
- Assist in the SOW process for continued engagement services, including production support if required.
- May involve mentoring other developers, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's framework.
Daily Expectations
- Exhibit autonomy and teamwork, maintaining a high quality of work.
- Achieve a 75-90% billable rate weekly while logging time daily.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and continuous learning of the Salesforce platform.
- Be open, honest, and approachable, following company policies and procedures.
