Accenture is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end features of systems, from user experience to backend code. You will work on delivering innovative solutions that enhance our clients' services, leveraging new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset. Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Development. Design and develop complete features, from frontend to backend, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance solutions.
2. Cloud-First & Agile Approach. Embrace modern development practices using a cloud-first strategy and agile methodologies.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration. Take ownership of team decisions, manage collaboration across multiple teams, and guide team members towards successful implementation of features.
4. Code Reviews & Feedback. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to improve coding standards and practices.
5. Solution Delivery. Provide innovative solutions to solve complex business challenges and contribute to key decisions across the project lifecycle.
6. Industry Best Practices. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure the team adopts efficient, scalable solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Multiplatform Front-End Development using React.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and seamless integration with backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.

Experience

• 7.5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, with a strong focus on React and Multiplatform Front-End Development.
• Bachelor’s degree (BE) in Engineering or a related field.

Additional Information

• This position is based at the Accenture Noida office.
• You will be expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and take ownership of technical and architectural decisions within the team.
• You will play a key role in designing and leading the implementation of new features for our clients.
