Join our Market Analysis team as a Full Stack C# .NET Developer in a front-office trading environment, focusing on commodities and energy markets. You will collaborate closely with business users to enhance the platform for managing market and fundamental data, including capture, forecasting, and visualization for Power, Gas, and Weather sectors. Your role encompasses new feature development, bug fixes for urgent issues, and advocating best practices within the development team.

Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering. Work directly with business users to understand and refine requirements.
2. Development. Define, develop, test, and release new features for the trading platform.
3. Support. Provide workarounds and bug fixes for urgent production issues.
4. Best Practices. Advocate for and implement coding standards and best practices.
5. Collaboration. Work closely with lead functional developers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Requirements

1. Experience. Minimum 5 years as a Full Stack C# .NET Developer in a professional setting.
2. Technical Skills. Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, SQL Server, and familiarity with Entity Framework.
3. Trading Environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demand-driven trading environment.
4. Communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive Learner. Ability to quickly grasp domain-specific knowledge and existing solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fundamental modeling of commodities, particularly in energy and meteorology.
• Familiarity with Azure or other Cloud-based hosting environments.
• Knowledge of technologies like Blazor (server-side), .NET API, Redis Cache, Azure Service Bus, or Azure Event Hubs.
