Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Full Stack Development. Drive end-to-end development and operations of high-performance web and mobile applications, ensuring exceptional quality and performance.
2. Innovate & Architect Solutions. Design, architect, and scale engineering platforms, improving agility and addressing technical debts.
3. Build Cutting-Edge Platforms. Develop industry-leading web platforms to enhance marketplace responsiveness and meet dynamic user needs.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and provide technical expertise for on-time delivery of top-tier products.
5. Technical Ownership. Oversee multiple products, including a proprietary JS-based web application, automated reporting, mobile and web frontend applications, and data engineering initiatives.
6. Foster Quality & Excellence. Drive a quality-focused culture within the team, emphasizing continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes.
7. Talent Leadership. Lead recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and driven work environment.

Qualifications

1. Technical Mastery. Expert in front-end development, especially with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Proficient in building robust web applications using diverse tech stacks.
2. Scalability & Performance. Experienced in building scalable web applications and large-scale microservices setups, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
3. Agile Project Management. Skilled in project prioritization and managing agile development frameworks (JIRA, Confluence).
4. Data-Intensive Solutions. Proven background in designing and delivering data-intensive applications with seamless integration.
5. UI Framework Expertise. Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as React and Angular.
6. QA & Automation. Experienced in leading QA functions and developing automation for enhanced delivery quality.
7. AWS & Web Architecture. Knowledge of system architecture for AWS, with expertise in CDN, load balancing, RESTful services, responsive design, TDD, and dependency injection.
8. Start-Up Mindset. Thrives in dynamic, fast-evolving environments, displaying adaptability, multitasking, and effective decision-making.

Skills Required

1. Core Tech Stack. ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
2. Additional Knowledge. Experience with web services, microservices architecture, responsive web design, TDD, and various technology stacks for web and enterprise solutions.
