We are seeking a dedicated financial professional to manage the financial accounting processes for our Marketing & Promotion team. This role involves budget management, reconciliation, and financial reporting, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders across Business LFOs/IOs, Marketing, and GSM teams. Your focus will be on driving efficiencies, accelerating accounting processes, and ensuring robust governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly reconciliations, and update forecasts and budgets as needed.
- Respond to stakeholder queries and ensure adherence to compliance, policies, and internal controls.
- Manage monthly accrual bookings and support audit and SOX requests.
What You'll Bring
- A graduate/post-graduate degree in Commerce or an MBA with 1-4 years of experience in financial accounting.
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills with an ability to interpret and apply various contractual terms and policies.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, Oracle Applications (General Ledger + Subledger), Essbase/TM1, and other relevant tools.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle and resolve complex data queries.
- A keen eye for detail, quick learning capabilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of general accounting principles and techno-finance/automation know-how is advantageous.
