Job Description

As a Finance Transformation Manager - OneStream, you will lead the modernization of finance functions for our clients, focusing on digital transformation and process optimization. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to set strategic goals, implement digital solutions, and manage complex finance transformation projects. Your role will involve guiding clients through the adoption of new technologies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Consulting. Collaborate with clients to develop finance transformation strategies, set goals, and create roadmaps for implementation.
  2. Digital Transformation. Oversee and manage the integration of digital tools and technologies to simplify finance workflows, including FinTech apps, blockchain, and augmented reality.
  3. Cloud ERP and EPM Solutions. Identify and recommend Cloud ERP and EPM solutions tailored to client needs, and share industry best practices.
  4. Project Management. Manage engagement risk, project economics, and deliverable content. Ensure client satisfaction and secure client buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Team Leadership. Mentor and support team members, fostering innovation and career development.
  6. Industry Awareness. Stay current with regulations, trends, and technologies affecting digital finance and the CFO ecosystem, with a focus on the federal public sector.

Qualifications

  • 5 years in finance and management consulting with a focus on finance transformation.
  • 7 years of experience in finance functions, including analytics, forecasting, and core finance.
  • 3 years of experience leading projects and teams.
  • Education. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Engagement Skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships, business development, and people development.
  • Experience with FinTech solutions such as Anaplan, Hyperion, BPC, OBIEE, Tableau, and Fusion.
  • Familiarity with ERP technologies like SAP, Oracle, Workday.
  • Experience with OneStream.

Compensation and Benefits

  1. Salary Range. The compensation varies based on office location, role, skill set, and experience. For British Columbia, the annual salary range is CAD $89,500 to $204,100.
