Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, and social network advertising.
  • Some experience in managing marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Passionate about learning new things.

Preferred Qualities

  • Active involvement in the SEO/PPC community.
  • Up-to-date with current trends and advancements in SEO/PPC technology.
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords and Microsoft AdCenter.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns to drive lead generation and sales.
  • Participate in keyword selection and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, adjusting bids to maximize ROI.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate leads and sales through Facebook Ads, continuously testing ad variations to determine the best performers.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, exploring new channels and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Report on the results of Facebook campaigns and other paid marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute strategies for all paid campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Work Conditions

  • This role is 100% remote, requiring effective communication with teams across different time zones.
  • Regular virtual meetings and reporting sessions are integral to this position.
  • Flexible working hours with some overlap for team collaboration may be needed.
